WRITE EVERY DAY

Write everyday.  One page, one sentence, one scene.

Have any of you been writing everyday? Let me know the challenges and rewards for a prize.

Is it sometimes hard to find the actual time to write.  Make an appointment with yourself, like a meeting or tennis.

When you make a commitment to write, sometimes the excitement of the first week wears
off and finding the time to write becomes a chore.   Mark a writing date on your calendar and then keep it.

Better yet,  reward yourself after you sit down to write.

Remember: You write because you have something in your heart that is yearning to be said.
Keep your yearnings in sight and write about them. This is all the reader cares about.

Try this opening:  What I wish for more than anything else is...    or   WHAT I YEARN FOR IS...

Send me your opening lines.  www.KitchenTableWriting.com
